We have recently started our measurement unit! Students are measuring different objects using cubes and popsicle sticks!
Our turkeys did not want to get eaten on Thanksgiving, so they dressed up in disguises. We worked with our 2nd grade buddies to create these clever disguises.
Over the last couple weeks we have been talking about many different jobs that people in our community can have and why those jobs are important. Today we got to learn about bakers and how important it is for them to follow directions. We practiced following directions to make delicious owl cupcakes!
We worked with our second grade buddies to create posters. These posters share ideas about how we can be great leaders and will be hung around the school!
Working together groups had to match the uppercase letter, the lowercase letter, and the picture to build our candy corn!
